A robber pistol-whipped an elderly man in Miami Beach, then led cops on an interstate chase before surrendering, police said. Just after 9 a.m., a man and his wife were confronted by an armed robber on North Bay Road. The man resisted. The robber hit him in the head with a gun, said Miami Beach Sgt.
